Recital 2012

Yesterday was Avery's dance recital. Avery is our little dancing girl. She dances and sings all day long. This girl was so excited for her recital and to strut her stuff for everyone. It was a family affair as her dad and sister got to be part of the recital as well! There is always a daddy daughter dance, and this year since Alexis went to all the practices, they let her be in the dance too! She is not much for the dancing and definitely has stage fright, but she had a really great time and did good dancing as well! After the recital we went to Olive Garden (Avery's choice of course) and continued to party!Now for a little break from school, softball and dance until they start again in a couple of months!

Memorial Day Weekend 2012

As usual we went camping for Memorial Day Weekend. This year we went to Pinetop and camped at a campground there. The boys had a 2 day dwarf car race that we went to on Saturday and Sunday night. The boys all did very well racing (for the most part), and we had a blast camping! It was great to get back in the woods and camp trailer after all the cold months! Can't wait for our next camping trip in a couple of weeks!

60/80 Party

May is a big birthday month for us, but this year it was even bigger! My niece Kodie's birthday is the 1st, mine is the 14th, my mom's is the 17th, and GG's is the 30th. This year my mom turned 60 and GG turned 80. So we had a 60/80 party. We had the party at GG and Joe's house. Tons of family and friends came and we had great food! We had a mexican feast and lots of cake! For my mom's bday present we flew my brother Mark in from Portland. We only get to see him once a year or so, so it was great to be able to spend some time with him and have him at the party. GG and mom got a lot of nice gifts and I think had a really great time with friends and family. And as always, tons of pics!
